Our organization was established when our founder realized that we could significantly influence the lives of girls and women in the Lowcountry by providing accessible resources for spiritual growth, fostering positive self-esteem, and nurturing sisterhood.

Glow Up Ministries aims to serve women of all ages, socioeconomic classes, and ethnic backgrounds. Within one year, Glow Up Ministries has impacted the spiritual lives of over 50 girls and women in Mount Pleasant, SC and surrounding areas.

Our mission is to promote spiritual development, a positive self-image, and genuine sisterhood amongst women. Glow Up Ministries offers girls and women access to outreach initiatives, programs and events designed to foster their identity, purpose, and calling in God. Our services promote spiritual awareness, healthy relationships, career development, post-secondary education, emotional and mental well-being, nutrition, fitness, and reproductive health.

All of our services are tooted in the biblical principles found in Romans 12:2, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

We believe self-awareness, morale and education are the foundations of self-empowerment.
