Kimberly Smalls
FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Kimberly shares a deep personal connection with being a trusted advocate for women that will lead them to greater opportunities. Kimberly inspires to make an impact in her community by developing supportive, Godly relationships with women in her hometown, Mount Pleasant, SC and beyond.
Kimberly attended Erskine College in 2015 where she played Division II basketball before transferring to the University of South Carolina-Columbia in 2017. Kimberly earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Psychology from USC in 2019. As a student at USC, Kimberly served the community as an Alpha Phi Omega Service Fraternity executive board member. As Kimberly embarked her legal career she continued her community involvement as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lowcountry and Florence Crittenton Programs of South Carolina.
Kimberly founded Glow Up Ministries in 2023 to help women pursue God’s will in their work, relationships, and life. Kimberly is passionate about community outreach and spiritual development, and she brings visionary leadership to drive Glow Up Ministries’ strategic growth, innovation, and community-centric approach.
In her free time Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
